Lakes to Locks Passage seeks a creative, collaborative, and highly organized individual to serve as our Program Manager. This person will provide project management and digital communications to promote and strengthen the mission and programs of LTLP. For the right individual, this position may develop into a full-time job with greater responsibility.
Lakes to Locks Passage works to cultivate collaborations between arts, cultural, heritage and recreation groups through our Heritage Center program to develop multi-media interpretive products and trainings for improving governance and museum operations to:
- Build a commitment to stewardship of the region’s intrinsic resources for future generations;
- Create an authentic, place-based tourism experience for national/international travelers; and
- Foster community pride.
The position is for a minimum 20-hour, up to 40-hour work week, depending on work load. Salary range for this position is commensurate with education and experience. The benefits package includes a SEP retirement plan, and generous vacation, holiday, and sick leave allowances.
