Fledging Crow is a thriving first generation farm in the Adirondack Park of Northern New York that is dedicated to the production of vibrant and nourishing food. All produce is Certified Naturally Grown and organically managed; striving to offer a healthy product to all their customers throughout the Adirondack and Champlain regions.
Fledging Crow is known for its unbelievably flavorful gourmet and specialty salad mixes, as well as a variety of diversified vegetables, including: kale, chard, pac choi, broccoli raab, heirloom tomatoes, sugar snap and sugar sprint peas, green and purple beans, carrots, parsnips, beats, celeriac, and much more! The produce is available through the CSA Program, at Farmers’ Markets in Keeseville, Keene Valley, Lake
Placid, and Saranac Lake, and at a variety of natural food stores and restaurants in the region. Season And Hours Open
The farm welcomes visitors during the CSA pick-up on Thursdays from 3pm to 6pm,
and by appointment. The season runs from June through October.
