Boat Launch/Rental and Fishing at Grafton Lakes State Park
Anglers can go after rainbow and brown trout in Long, Second and Shaver Pond. Pickerel, perch, and bass are abundant in all ponds including Mill Pond and walleye are found at the Martin-Durham Reservoir. All ponds have launch facilities for canoes, sailboats and rowboats, electric boat are allowed.
Types Of Fish Often Found
Six bodies of water offer a variety of warmwater and coldwater catches. Rainbow and Brown Trout, Pickerel, Perch, Bass and Walleye can be found in the waters at the state park.
Best Season For Fishing
Anglers test their skill in all seasons of the year. Ice fishing is available earlier in the winter than at other regional locations due to the park’s 1600 foot elevation.
