Feeder Canal Alliance 29th Annual Canoe/Kayak Race

On Saturday, June 4th 2016 The Feeder Canal Alliance will have it’s 29th Annual Five Mile Long Canoe/Kayak Race and Family Recreational Paddle! Registration is from 8 – 9:30 AM and the race starts at 10 AM at Overlook Park in Queensbury, NY (off of Richardson Street). The race ends at Martindale Boat Basin in Hudson Falls, NY. Paddlers must provide their own transportation to and from the race start and finish.

Refreshments and prizes will be provided at the race finish. Dates for Event

Fees for the Event (if any)
Registration fees are a suggested donation of $20 for a solo paddler and $25 for two paddlers.

Appropriate Ages for Event
0-99 All participants must have a Coast Guard approved personal floatation device.
How this event is Distinctive and Authentic to the Character of Lakes to Locks Region
This race and recreational paddle has been offered by the Feeder Canal Alliance for almost 30 years and is the only one of it’s kind in the surrounding area. All ages and types of paddlers are welcome to enjoy the canal.
