Saratoga Springs Heritage Area Visitor Center

Centrally located at 297 Broadway, across from Congress Park, the Saratoga Springs Heritage Area Visitor Center is open year round to offer information about history, attractions, accommodations, recreation, events, and much more in our region.

Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974, the Visitor Center was built in 1915 by the Hudson Valley Railway as a trolley station and operated until 1940. The State of New York opened the Drink Hall in 1941, where the Saratoga mineral waters could be tasted. In 1986, the site opened as the Visitor Center and remains in operation today serving thousands of visitors each year. What Communities Does This Facility Serve
